The IARC BB provides the services listed below according to defined Standard Operating Procedures. For further information, please contact us.

• Sample reception and storage
• Specimen retrieval and aliquoting
• Sample management utilizing a standardized sample management system using an in-house LIMS (SAMI)
• Shipment and redistribution of biological samples according to international regulations
• DNA extraction using autopure LS Qiagen machines
• DNA aliquoting is performed using Genesis RSP150 Tecan (liquid handling system)
• DNA quantification is carried out by spectrophotometry using NanoDrop ND8000 Thermo scientific or by fluorimetry using Genios Tecan.
